Terms and conditions

To book a ticket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have explicit consent from a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate and complete details for yourself and each attendee.
• Keep access to your account and email secure.

A booking is confirmed only when we receive your full payment and you receive a confirmation. Seats are limited and are held for a short time during checkout. If the hold ends before payment, the seats may go to someone else.

Each ticket has its own QR code and admits one person. Show it at the door. Do not share your QR code, as it can only be used once.

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Online payments are processed by Razorpay. The price shown at checkout is the final amount. No GST is charged at present.

Early-bird prices apply to a limited number of seats. If a booking crosses that limit, each seat is charged at the price of its tier, as shown at checkout.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred until 24 hours before the event. See our refund policy.

We may need to change an event's date, time, venue, agenda or instructor. If the details change, we email everyone who booked. If we cancel an event, we refund paid tickets in full.

Workshop content, including slides, notes and code samples, belongs to OnlyAI Academy and its instructors. It is for your personal learning. You may not record it for redistribution, resell it or share it without our written permission.

Please be respectful to instructors, staff and other attendees. We may remove anyone who is disruptive or abusive from an event, without a refund.

We do not guarantee job placements, salary increases or any particular professional result. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyAI Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
