Information you give us:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The name, email and phone number of anyone you book for.
• Your area and pincode, if you share them at checkout.
• Messages you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser, operating system and device information.
• Pages visited and the page or advert that brought you here, including UTM campaign details.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described below.

We do not store your card or UPI details. These are handled by Razorpay.

• To create your account and log you in.
• To process bookings and payments, and to issue tickets and refunds.
• To send confirmations, reminders and changes about events you booked.
• To check people in at events.
• To understand where attendees come from and how well our advertising works.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:

• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Supabase, to store data and manage login.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Resend, to deliver emails.
• Vercel and Railway, to host this website.
• Meta, through the Meta Pixel, to measure our advertising.
• Legal authorities, when required by law.

We use cookies to keep you logged in. We also use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and bookings that come from our Facebook and Instagram adverts and to help us reach relevant audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may stop login from working.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it subject to legal retention obligations, or opt out of marketing messages. Email support@onlyai.academy and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed at people under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal data without consent from a parent or guardian, contact us and we will delete it.
